    • $226 - First year - (includes $40 joining fee)


      • $186 - Subsequent years

      • $12 discount for full yearly fee paid in advance.

    • CONCESSION Rate - (for full time students, unemployed, pensioners etc.)


      • $148 - First year - (includes $40 joining fee)


        • $104 - Subsequent years


    All fees may be paid YEARLY, HALF-YEARLY or QUARTERLY

    Rates slightly higher if not paid annually or by direct debit.

      About  

    The Musicians Union of Australia was formed over a hundred years ago to protect the interests of musicians. Since then the MUA has negotiated awards governing conditions and rates of pay, represented musicians at all levels of government and industry and acted for musicians whenever their interests were threatened.

    The MUA continues to be the support network for all musicians through the ever changing circumstances of our industry. The need for our union today, in the current deregulated environment, is as great as ever.
